These adorable Strawberry Santas are a fun and festive treat perfect for all your holiday parties. They are a healthier alternative to traditional holiday sweets!

Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberry washed; stems removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese low fat; softened
- ½ cup monk fruit powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Instructions
MAKE THE FILLING:
- In an electric mixer cream the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add in the powder sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the filling into a piping bag with a small tip.
ASSEMBLE THE STRAWBERRIES:
- Cut the strawberries in half.
- Place the bottom of the strawberry half on a platter and pipe the filling on top.
- Place the top of the strawberry on top of the filling.
- Add two mini chocolate chips as eyes into the middle of the filling pointy side down.
- Serve and Enjoy!
