This strawberry sundae is for you sweet and salty lovers. The combo of sweet strawberries, blueberry whipped cream, and pretzels is out of this world!

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp crushed pretzels

Instructions
- In saucepan, combine the water, granulated sugar, and strawberries. Simmer on medium-high heat for about 5-6 minutes, or until the liquid gets syrupy and the strawberries begin to breakdown.
- Using a stand mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream, blueberries, and powdered sugar until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- To assemble the sundaes, spoon the warm strawberry compote into the bottom of the bowl or glass. Top with 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.
- Add a dollop of the blueberry whipped cream and sprinkle on the crushed pretzels. Serve immediately and enjoy!
