A 5-min cocktail! Sweet, bubbly and refreshing with just the perfect amount of strawberries, thyme, limoncello and prosecco!

Ingredients
- 2 cup strawberries chopped
- 1 cup limoncello liqueur
- 2 tablespoons thyme fresh leaves
- 1 sparkling white wine 750 mL bottle
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, limoncello and thyme, in blender until strawberries are slightly crushed.
- Pour strawberry mixture into champagne flutes until half full. Fill glasses with white wine.
- Serve immediately.
