Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g castor sugar
- 1 L semi-skimmed milk
Instructions
- Hull and chop the refrigerated strawberries into tiny pieces.
- Stir in the vanilla sugar and put in fridge.
- Mix together the milk and sugar thoroughly in a bowl and then add the strawberries.
- Using a jug pour the mixture into an ice cream maker until stiff (about 40 minutes).
- Scoop the mixture into a tupperware and freeze for another 6-8 hours before serving.
Notes
- To make a cherry version of this ice milk which is also great for using in an ice lolly mould, just chop up 220g frozen/fresh pitted cherries in a blender before adding to the milk. For an extra special touch dip your lollies in melted chocolate for a Black Forest Ice Milk Lolly!
