- 113 g butter room temperature, unsalted
- 113 g brown sugar or white if you prefer a crispier topping with a more neutral sweetness, or light brown sugar
- 228 g bread flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon , adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugars together with the paddle attachment on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour and cinnamon and mix to a rough crumb. Store under refrigeration.
