Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 TBS butter , melted
  • ¼ cup sugar

Pudding Layer

  • 2 pkg (4 serving size each) instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 ¼ cups milk cold

Cream Cheese Layer

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 2 tbps milk

Topping

  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 chocolate bar Hershey's brand, optional

Instructions

Graham Cracker Crust

  1. Combine graham crackers, sugar, and butter in a large bowl to create a graham cracker mixture.
  2. Press firmly onto bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Make Layers

  1. Combined pudding mixes and 3 1/4 cup cold milk in large bowl until well blended. Put in the refrigerator for 5 minutes until pudding is thickened.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 T milk in a bowl with a wire whisk or in a mixer.
  3. Fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip with a spatula until well combined.

Assemble And Serve

  1. Spread cream cheese layer evenly over graham cracker crust.
  2. Spoon chocolate pudding evenly over cream cheese layer.
  3. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
  4. When ready to serve spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  5. Top with chocolate shavings (optional).
