- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded, diced
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 2 cups (16 ounces) beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- To a large pot over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add ground beef and onions. Cook, breaking the meat up as you go, for 8-10 minutes or until ground beef is fully cooked and no longer pink. Add garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add peppers, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and rice.
- Bring to a simmer. Then, reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
