Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella spread see my recipe, sugar-free
- ⅔ cup almond flour
- 3 egg
- 8 ounces butter melted, unsalted
- ½ cup chocolate chips or other sugar-free chips, Lily's brand
- ¼ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- ⅓ cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar or powdered erythritol
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt to a bowl and whisk to combine, then set aside. In a separate bowl, add in the eggs and Swerve. Beat using a hand mixer for 2 minutes.
- Mix in the nutella, butter and vanilla. Add in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips and mix using a spatula.
- Pour into a 9" x 9" baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, then allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into them.
- I like to add a dusting of Swerve confectioners over the top for a little added sweetness, but you can omit if you'd like.
Notes
- If you prefer them more on the fudgy side, bake them closer to 20 minutes. If you like a more cakey brownie, bake a little longer.
