A fresh, unique smoothie ball recipe loaded with nutrients for a healthful breakfast!

Ingredients
- ½ ripe avocado peeled and diced
- ½ ripe banana frozen
- 2/3 cup milk of choice * I like a combination of canned coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoons pure maple syrup* optional
- 1 scoop Rootz Protein Superfood Chocolate Banana Nut Powder
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract optional
- dash cinnamon optional
- 3 to 5 Ice cubes
For Topping:
- fresh blueberries
- almond butter
- chia seeds
- unsweetened shredded coconut
- cacao nibs
- pumpkin seeds

Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie to a high powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste smoothie for flavor and add more pure maple syrup and/or cinnamon if desired. If necessary, add a small amount of additional milk to help blend the ingredients.
- Pour smoothie into a large bowl and top with fresh blueberries, almond butter, chia seeds, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, and pumpkin seeds.
Notes
- *You can replace the milk with yogurt for a probiotic infusion.
