Ingredients
- 2 sweet potato orange, yellow, or white, large boiled
- 2 tablespoons spiced rum
- 3-4 egg
- 1 cup sorghum syrup or light molasses
- salt dash
- 1/4 cup butter freshly churned
- Pinch nutmeg optional, or two
- 1 pie shell 9 inch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all of the ingredients for the inside together and pour in to fill the crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the knife or fork comes out clean.
