Sweet Ranch Glazed Carrots

Sweet Ranch Glazed Carrots are a fabulous change from plain old carrots. They take only minutes to prepare and the taste is scrumptious. A must try!

Ingredients
- 3-5 cups carrot sliced
- ⅓ cup butter
- 2 pkgs Ranch dressing mix or 6 tblsp homemade
- ¼ cup brown sugar packed
Instructions
- In a large skillet, with a lid, over medium heat, melt the butter. Add brown sugar and ranch dressing mix and stir until combined with the butter. Stir regularly until mixture is all bubbly, between 3 and 5 minutes.
- Add the carrots and stir until coated in sugar mixture. Cook, covered, for 10-15 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Serve and enjoy!
