- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil divided
- 300 gms swordfish cubed into 2.5 cm - 1 inch pieces, 10 oz
- 1 garlic halved, clove
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 3 tbsp tomato diced
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp basil chopped, leaves
- 55 gms pistachios 2 oz
- 350 gms pasta casarecce or spaghetti, 12 oz
