- 1 packet or 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ¾ cup water
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded three-cheese blend cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella
- 1 cup crispy tortilla strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup sour cream

Instructions
Step No.1: Cook the Beef
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Step No.2: Prepare the Rice
- In a separate bowl, mix the cooked white rice with salt and cumin. Stir well to season the rice.
Step No.3: Warm the Tortillas
- Heat the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
Step No.4: Assemble the Burritos
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread ¼ cup of seasoned rice in the center. Add ¼ of the cooked beef, 2 tablespoons nacho cheese sauce, ¼ cup shredded three-cheese blend, and ¼ cup crispy tortilla strips. Drizzle with sour cream.

- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to seal the burrito.
