Ground Beef Tacos

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • flour tortillas small
  • cheddar cheese shredded
  • tomato chopped
  • iceberg lettuce shredded

Instructions

  1. Pour all taco seasoning ingredients into a bowl and stir until evenly combined. Transfer to an air-tight container and store for later. Or you can measure all the spices into a small mason jar, put the lid on, and shake up the seasoning.

Ground Beef Tacos

  1. Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
  2. Add ground beef to hot oil and cook until no longer pink, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, stir to coat the meat, and cook for 3 minutes.
