  • 1 milk chocolate cake mix box of
  • 2 egg large
  • cup canola oil

Chocolate Icing Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter unsalted, sweet cream
  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 3 TBSP milk whole
  • 2 C powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil until combined and smooth.
  3. Using the ice cream scooper, scoop out some dough and place it onto the cookie sheet about 2 inches apart from each other.
  4. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing cookies and placing onto a wire rack.
  6. Repeat steps until all dough is baked.

Icing Directions

  1. Using a medium sauce pan, combine the butter, cocoa powder and whole milk over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together until combined and smooth.
  3. Remove from the heat and slowly whisk in the powder sugar until smooth.
  4. Place a cookie sheet under the wire rack to catch excess chocolate.
  5. Scoop out a spoonful of icing and pour over the cookies.
