Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 cups Cheerios
- 2 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups Wheat Chex
- 3 cups mini pretzels
- 1½ cups peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and spices; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels, and peanuts.
- Add the butter mixture to the cereal and stir to coat.
- Spread the mixture out on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool on the pan before serving.
Notes
- Rice Chex may also be used. You can use smoked paprika for even more kick. If you like things spicy, you could add 2 teaspoons of your favorite buffalo sauce. This recipe can also be made in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 1½ to 2 hours in a greased slow cooker, stirring every 20 minutes or so.
