Ingredients

The Salad

  • 10 ounces pork Recipe Here, pulled
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ red bell pepper chopped, medium

The Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos, 2 teaspoons, +
  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • lime juice and zest of half lime
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 10 liquid stevia drops
  • ½ teaspoon mango extract

Instructions

  1. Chop cilantro and zest 1/2 lime. Then, in a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients together.
  2. Mix the thai bbq sauce together well, and then set aside.
  3. Using your fingers, or a knife, pull apart the pork.
  4. Assemble the salad and glaze over the pork with some sauce.
