Ingredients
The Salad
- 10 ounces pork Recipe Here, pulled
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ red bell pepper chopped, medium
The Sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos, 2 teaspoons, +
- 1 tablespoons peanut butter creamy
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- lime juice and zest of half lime
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 10 liquid stevia drops
- ½ teaspoon mango extract
Instructions
- Chop cilantro and zest 1/2 lime. Then, in a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients together.
- Mix the thai bbq sauce together well, and then set aside.
- Using your fingers, or a knife, pull apart the pork.
- Assemble the salad and glaze over the pork with some sauce.
