Thai Chicken Salad Recipe

This Thai Chicken Salad combines shredded chicken and crisp cabbage with a vibrant dressing made from lime, peanut butter, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Crunchy toasted almonds add texture while fresh herbs and green onions provide brightness. The salad is a refreshing blend of savory, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors that make it a satisfying light meal or side dish.

Description

Thai Chicken Salad Recipe uses a mixture of Napa and red cabbage sliced thin for crispness, combined with grated carrot, green onions, cilantro, and shredded cooked chicken breast. The dressing blends fresh lime juice, natural peanut butter, low-sodium soy sauce, agave nectar (or honey), fish sauce, rice vinegar, and a hint of chili garlic sauce to create a creamy, tangy, and mildly spicy coating. Tossing the salad ingredients with this dressing ensures even flavor distribution. Garnish with toasted slivered almonds to add crunch and to complement the creamy dressing and tender chicken. This salad delivers a combination of textures and layered flavors that work well as a stand-alone dish or paired with other Asian-inspired meals.
