Thai Coconut Lime Chicken

Thai Coconut Lime Chicken consists of sautéed chicken breasts cooked until lightly browned, then served with a tangy sauce made from coconut milk, lime juice, zest, cayenne, scallions, and cilantro. The sauce blends creamy coconut and bright lime flavors with a hint of heat, complementing the tender chicken.

Description

Thai Coconut Lime Chicken features boneless, skinless chicken breasts pan-seared until cooked through with a lightly browned outside. The pan is deglazed with coconut milk to create a creamy sauce infused with fresh lime juice, zest, and a pinch of cayenne pepper, which adds subtle warmth without overwhelming the dish. Fresh scallions and chopped cilantro garnish the chicken, contributing herbal brightness and color.

The combination results in a rich yet fresh-tasting dish where the creamy coconut and zesty lime balance each other well. This chicken can be served alongside rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
