Notes

  • Prep-Ahead Instructions:
  • This dressing can entirely be made before you need it! Just give it a good shake before serving.
  • Storage Directions:
  • Keep peanut butter dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Alternatively, freeze for up to 4 to 6 months. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight before using.
  • Recipe Tips
  • Serving size is for ~2 tablespoons of salad dressing.
  • Creamy is key. Avoid a chunky dressing by opting for creamy peanut butter in this Asian salad dressing.
  • Not toasted. Unrefined sesame oil is called for in this recipe.
  • Give it a shake. Mix this dressing up just before serving for the best results.
  • Get creative. Dip crunchy veggies, like red bell peppers or carrots, in this dressing, or drizzle it over meats for added flavor.
  • Add some spice. Include some red pepper flakes for a kick.
