  • 220 g cabbage shredded, white
  • 150 g red cabbage shredded
  • 2 carrot shredded
  • 125 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add 220 g White cabbage, 150 g Red cabbage and 2 Carrots to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 125 ml Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoon Honey and 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Mix everything together. You can serve immediately, but for a better flavour, refrigerate for 2 hours.

Notes

  • Use a bag of pre-shredded coleslaw mix to save time on preparation.
  • Shred vegetables together in a food processor for uniform texture and quicker prep.
  • Substitute lemon juice for apple cider vinegar for a fresher acidity in the dressing.
