Do you love snickerdoodle cookies? You’re in luck! I have the best recipe for snickerdoodle cookies. They’re soft and chewy, with a hint of cinnamon and sugar on top. And they’ll be ready to eat in just 30 minutes! You can make them tonight or tomorrow morning before work – it doesn’t matter when because these are always delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar divided
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 large eggs
- 3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two sheet pans with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
- Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt to a medium bowl, and mix until blended.
- Cream together 2 cups sugar and the butter. Mix in the eggs.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- In a shallow bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into 1″ balls and roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
- Place several inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until cookies firm up.
