Ingredients
- 1 oz. mezcal (tequila would work here too)
- 1 oz. ginger syrup
- 1 oz. freshly squeezes grapefruit juice
- 1 oz. Dolin Blanc
- 1/2 oz. campari
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- soda water
Orange slice, to garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for the soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a wine glass. Top off with soda water. Garnish with an orange slice.
