Ingredients
- 1 oz. mezcal tequila would work here too
- 1 oz. ginger syrup
- 1 oz. grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
- 1 oz. blanc vermouth Dolin Blanc brand
- 1/2 oz. Campari
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- soda water
Orange slice, to garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for the soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a wine glass. Top off with soda water. Garnish with an orange slice.
