The minty deliciousness of a Shamrock Shake without tons and tons of sugar!

Ingredients
- ½ cup almond milk plain, unsweetened or cashew milk
- ½ cup Ice cream see notes, Halo Top Vanilla Bean
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons collagen optional
- 2 teaspoons sweetener THM Super Sweet Blend or equivalent
- 1 coop whey protein powder THM Pristine
- 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil or 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract, more or less to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon mineral salt
- ⅛ teaspoon glucomannan optional
- green food coloring optional
- 2 tablespoons whipped topping Low Fat Reddi Whip, optional (see notes
Instructions
- Pour the milk and water into the jar of a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the food coloring, whipped cream, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
- While blending, add the food coloring one drop at a time until the desired green color is achieved.
- Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
Notes
- Feel free to use homemade vanilla ice cream and/or homemade whipped cream. Keep in mind that this may turn the fuel type into an S for THM.
