Thin Steak In Air Fryer

Would you like to learn how to cook steak in the air fryer? Then start with thin steak in air fryer. Cheaper than regular steak to practice with and you will fall in love with how easy it is.

Ingredients
- 230 g steaks half thickness of a regular steak
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Place your steak onto a plate or chopping board and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the thin steaks into the air fryer basket, spreading them out side by side. Air fry at 180c/360f for 4 minutes.
- When the air fryer beeps, turn the steak over with tongs and then season again and cook at the same time and temperature again.
- Then use a spatula to remove them from the air fryer before serving.
Notes
- Steak. The air fryer time and temp is based on a medium sirloin steak cooked to medium. Scroll up for different cook times for rare, medium well and well done.
