Three Ingredient Paleo Chocolate Truffles

These Three Ingredient Paleo Chocolate Truffles blend coconut cream, dark vegan chocolate, and maple syrup for a rich, creamy treat. The mixture is heated and whisked until smooth, chilled until firm, then shaped into bite-sized balls. Optionally rolled in crushed freeze-dried strawberries, they gain a tart contrast and delicate texture on the outside, complementing the dense, chocolatey center.

Description

The recipe starts by gently heating coconut cream over medium-high heat until simmering at the edges. Chopped dark chocolate is whisked into the hot cream to melt smoothly, forming a glossy ganache. Maple syrup is then added to sweeten the mixture. After cooling, the ganache is refrigerated for several hours to set firmly enough to shape. Once chilled, the chocolate mixture is scooped into uniform balls and rolled into rounds by hand.

For added flavor and visual appeal, the truffles may be coated in crushed freeze-dried strawberries, which provide a crunchy, fruity exterior that contrasts the creamy interior. These truffles embody a minimalist approach using paleo-friendly ingredients without any additives, resulting in indulgent yet simple chocolate treats.
