Tiffany Mimosa Recipe

This ultra-glam Tiffany mimosa is made with sparkling wine and blue curaçao to get that perfect little blue box shade. This champagne cocktail is an excellent choice for a bachelorette, a New Year celebration, a gender reveal party, or just a fun and fancy dinner party!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sanding sugar or granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 ounces lemon juice fresh is best
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- 12 ounces sparkling wine
Instructions
- Tie a white ribbon around the stems of four champagne flutes. Run a cut lemon around the rim of each glass then dip it into the sugar.
- Mix the hot water and honey in a cocktail mixer until the honey dissolves. Add the lemon juice, blue curacao, and a handful of ice and stir until it's cold.
- Divide between the four champagne flutes then top with sparkling wine.
