Tiger Butter Fudge
Description
Tiger Butter Fudge blends vanilla chips melted with creamy peanut butter as the main base, creating a smooth, rich layer with a mild sweetness and nutty depth. Semi-sweet chocolate chips are melted separately and drizzled over the vanilla-peanut butter layer before swirling with a knife to create a distinctive marbled pattern. Once chilled and set, the fudge can be sliced neatly into small squares that showcase the marbled effect. This layered preparation highlights the creamy, smooth peanut butter flavor balanced by the bittersweet notes of the chocolate swirl.
The fudge is prepared in a 9×9 glass pan lined with parchment or foil for easy removal once set. No baking is involved, keeping preparation simple and allowing the fudge to firm in the refrigerator or at room temperature. The finished squares are well suited as a snack or dessert treat and store conveniently in an airtight container.
This fudge works well when cut into small portions, as the rich ingredients are filling. The marbling technique adds both visual appeal and a mix of textures when eaten.
Ingredients
- 1 bag vanilla chips 11 oz
- 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
Instructions
- Line a 9×9 glass pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Put semi sweet chocolate chips in a small glass bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth. Set aside.
- Pour vanilla chips in a separate medium sized glass bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir gently until smooth. Add peanut butter and stir until well combined and smooth.
- Pour vanilla-peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan. Once it’s settled, take the melted semi sweet chocolate and pour it onto the vanilla-peanut butter mixture in lines.
- Take a knife and run it the opposite direction of the chocolate lines you created, to achieve a swirl pattern. Run your knife through the mixture as much as you’d like, to create your desired swirl pattern.
- Let cool either on the countertop or in the refrigerator. Pull the foil or parchment paper to remove from the pan,
- Cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container.
