Description
This no-machine Tiramisu Ice Cream combines instant espresso dissolved in water with a whipped mixture of sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream to create a creamy, fluffy base. Vanilla extract adds subtle warmth and depth to the flavor. The espresso mixture is blended evenly into the whipped base for coffee flavor.
Crushed lady finger cookies and chopped chocolate are folded gently into the ice cream mix to provide texture and mimick tiramisu’s characteristic layers. The mixture is then frozen for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm enough to scoop.
This method offers tiramisu’s taste and texture without needing an ice cream maker, creating a dessert with coffee aroma, smooth creaminess, and bits of crunchy cookie and chocolate.
