Toasted Ham and Brie on a Baguette with Fig Jam

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 mini baguette sliced in half lengthwise
  • fig jam to taste
  • ham to taste
  • brie to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  2. Slice the mini baguette lengthwise then slather each half with a bit of fig jam. Layer one side with ham and the other side with sliced brie cheese. Place into the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the bread and meat are warmed through and the brie is melted. Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy.
