Ingredients
- 5 tomato
- 1 red onion small
- hemp seed oil I used Good Oil, generous drizzle
- cilantro handful of leaves
- lemon juice or lime juice, generous drizzle
- salt freshly ground
- black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Slice up the tomatoes and overlap in a dish.
- Cut the onion up into rings and scatter over the tomatoes.
- Chop and the coriander leaves and scatter over the top.
- Drizzle the whole salad with the hemp seed oil and lemon/lime juice.
- Season lightly.
- Serve.
