  • tamarind candy Use as much as you want, rielito
  • 1 cup peanuts Cacahuates Japoneses (Japanese peanuts
  • hot sauce se as much as you want, Valentina
  • Chamoy se as much as you want
  • lime juice se as much as you want
  • 3 tablespoons chili lime seasoning homemade or Tajin

Instructions

Serving presentation

  1. Option 1: Cut a bag of Tostitos length wise and leave the chips inside
  2. Option 2: Spread the Tostitos chips on large serving platter, tray or baking dish.

Add the layers

  1. Top with a layer of cucumber, jicama, mango and other of your favorite topping
  2. Sprinkle the Japanese peanuts, tamarind candy and churritos if using any.
  3. Drizzle with Chamoy, Valentina hot sauce, chili-lime seasoning (homemade or Tajin) and lime juice.
