  • 1 ¼ cups (10 fl oz/300 ml) water
  • ¼ cup (2 oz/ 58 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 ⅔ cups (8 oz/225 g) raspberries fresh, roughly mashed
  • 1 recipe Creme Anglaise
  • 1 ½ cups (12 fl oz/360 ml) heavy whipping cream
