  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 100 gram berries frozen
  • ½ avocado medium
  • 40 gram spinach
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seed

Instructions

  1. Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Mix until everything is combined and smooth.
