Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake

This Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake layers devil's food cake mix, instant chocolate pudding, and sour cream to create a moist, rich batter. Semi-sweet chocolate chips are folded in for pockets of extra chocolate flavor. After baking in a Bundt pan and cooling, the cake is topped with a glossy chocolate glaze made from chocolate chips, butter, corn syrup, and vanilla. Optional walnuts or additional chocolate chips add a crunchy or extra chocolaty finish. It’s a dense, chocolate-forward cake suitable for celebrations or dessert sharing.

Description

The Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake starts with combining devil's food cake mix and instant chocolate pudding mix with sour cream, eggs, melted butter, and almond extract to create a thick, rich batter. Semi-sweet chocolate chips stirred in enhance the chocolate intensity. The batter is poured into a greased Bundt pan and baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for just under an hour. After cooling, the cake is inverted onto a cooling rack.

A smooth chocolate glaze is made by melting semi-sweet chocolate chips with butter and light corn syrup over a double boiler, then flavored with vanilla extract. This glaze is poured over the cooled cake, allowed to drizzle lightly over the sides. Optional toasted walnuts or extra chocolate chips can be sprinkled on top for texture and additional flavor.

This bundt cake features a moist crumb with a dense cake texture balanced by the creamy glaze and melty chocolate chips inside. It makes a rich dessert suited for chocolate lovers and special occasions.
