Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter , at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix just until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, then cover the bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop the dough onto the pan using a large cookie scoop.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set, yet soft in the middle.
