Ingredients
- 1 Trofie pasta batch
- ½ clove garlic
- 5 tbsp walnuts
- ½ parsley not in the picture, tbps (unspecified amount
- 1 lice white sandwich bread soaked in milk
- 4 milk or a little more, extra tbsp
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt a pinch
- parmigiano reggiano thinly grated to serve (optional)
Notes
- You can also serve this sauce with other types of pasta. I like it a lot with spaghetti or linguine.
