Ingredients
- granola
- vanilla yogurt
- kiwi peeled & sliced
- pineapple sliced
- pomegranate seeds
- coconut shredded, sweetened
Instructions
- Sprinkle some granola in the bottom of a fancy dessert dish then top with a few spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt.
- Sprinkle the yogurt with a little bit of kiwi, pineapple, coconut, and pomegranate seeds then top with a few more spoonfuls of yogurt.
- Finish the parfait off with more fruit, coconut, and granola. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
