- 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup mango, chopped
- 3 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- optional super boosts: hemp or chia seeds, reishi, collagen peptides and/or vanilla protein powder.
