An elevated tuna salad using sweet corn and green beans with a mayo based dressing.

Ingredients
Dressing
- 2 teaspoon Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated or any other sharp cheese
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon black pepper cracked
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
salad
- 6 oz tuna solid white albacore if possible, can
- 1 cup sweet corn thawed, frozen
- ½ cup green beans thawed and diced, frozen
- 2 green onion sliced thinly
- ½ cup cilantro sliced
Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, Mix together all of the dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Then, flake the canned tuna directly into the bowl (unless you have pre-flaked tuna). Add the thawed corn and green beans, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl and toss well.
- Serve with a pinch of paprika on top.
