- 370 gms short pasta I used penne rigate, 13 oz
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5-6 anchovies
- ½ onion thinly sliced
- 500 ml tomato puree
- 100 gms green olives pitted and halved, 3.5 oz
- 1 tbsp capers rinsed
- 200 gms tuna canned in olive oil and drained, 7 oz
- salt to taste

- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
