Turkey Kebabs

Report
Turkey Kebabs feature marinated chunks of turkey breast coated with a blend of spices including paprika, turmeric, cumin, and garlic, then grilled on skewers for a flavorful, slightly smoky meat dish. The marinade uses olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh parsley to tenderize and add brightness. Grilling the kebabs over high heat ensures the turkey develops nicely crisped edges while remaining juicy inside, making them a satisfying choice for a grilled meal.

Description

Turkey Kebabs combine small pieces of turkey breast with a marinade of olive oil, spices such as paprika, turmeric, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, and fresh parsley. The turkey is marinated for at least two hours to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. After marinating, the pieces are threaded onto skewers and grilled, turning frequently for about 10 minutes until cooked through with a lightly crisp exterior.

The resulting kebabs have a balanced flavor from the warm spices and subtle acidity from lemon juice. The olive oil helps keep the turkey moist during grilling. Preparing the kebabs on high heat creates a pleasant texture contrast between a charred outside and tender inside.

These kebabs work well served with grilled vegetables or a simple salad and can be adapted to include quick-cooking vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms on the skewers. They offer a lean protein option suitable for a casual grilled dinner.

Marinating the turkey longer, even overnight, enhances the seasoning depth. Using soaked wooden skewers prevents burning, and variations in spices or adding chili flakes can alter the flavor profile according to preference.
