Turkey Meatballs

Turkey Meatballs mix ground turkey with breadcrumbs, herbs, and seasonings, then bake until cooked through. These meatballs are tender and mildly seasoned, offering a healthy alternative to classic beef versions. The inclusion of onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning adds depth, making them versatile for dipping or pairing with sauces and pasta.

Description

These Turkey Meatballs use lean ground turkey combined with breadcrumbs, egg, minced onion, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning to create evenly flavored, moist meatballs. Baking at 400 degrees until reaching 165 degrees internal temperature cooks them thoroughly while maintaining tenderness. The herbs and seasonings impart aromatic flavor without overpowering the turkey's natural taste.

The meatballs hold shape well and can be served hot with marinara for dipping or added to pasta dishes. Their moderate size makes portion control straightforward and presentation easy.

For convenience, cooked meatballs can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, simmer frozen meatballs in marinara sauce over low heat until warmed through, preserving moisture and flavor.
