If you have leftover turkey meat use it to make this Turkey Salad Recipe. Perfect served as a sandwich or over lettuce for a delicious meal idea.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked Turkey diced
- 1/2 cup celery finely diced
- 2 Tablespoons red onion diced
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Stir together the turkey, celery, red onion and fresh dill together in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard and seasonings.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the turkey mixture and gently toss to coat all the ingredients with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least for 2 hours before serving.
- Before serving, taste test the salad and add more salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve on bread, lettuce or crackers. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can easily stir in your favorite add-ins. Diced apples, dried cranberries, walnuts, pecans or green onions are all delicious in this turkey salad recipe.
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days.
