Ingredients

  • 2 Turkey tenderloin about ¾ lb each
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300℉.
  2. Add the paprika, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix until incorporated.
  3. Pat the tenderloins dry with a paper towel.
  4. Rub the tenderloins on each side with the seasoning mixture.
  5. In a cast iron skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  6. Sear the tenderloins on each side for 1 minute.
  7. Place the lid on the skillet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tenderloins register 160℉ on an instant-read thermometer.
  8. Take the tenderloins out and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
