Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 2-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 bunches kale, spinach, or swiss chard, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and turmeric and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add kale and salt and saute for 1 minute.
- Add water to the pan and cook stirring until the greens are just wilted and serve.
