Turtle Brownies

Brownies are a sweet, moist, and chocolatey dessert that everyone should come to enjoy once in their lifetime. Add in the classic turtle flavors and these Turtle Brownie Recipe would probably be the best decision for you and your family to enjoy together.

Ingredients

  • 1 C unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 ¼ C sugar
  • 1 C light brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract pure
  • 4 egg large
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 C cocoa powder
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 C chocolate chips semi-sweet

Chocolate Ganache ingredients

  • 1 C chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C pecans chopped
  • 1 C mini chocolate chips
  • 1 C caramel bites
  • 1/4 C caramel sauce salted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9x13 baking pan with pam baking spray.
  2. Using a medium bowl, melt the butter.
  3. Using a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, oil, and sugars.
  4. Whisk in the eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
  5. Using a large bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
  6. Gradually whisk in the dry ingredients into the wet.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour batter into the baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow cooling completely.
  10. Using a small pot, bring the heavy cream to a boil.
  11. Pour over the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and let sit for 1 minute.
  12. Whisk until smooth.
  13. Scoop ¼ C of the ganache into the piping bag.
  14. Scoop ¼ C of the salted caramel sauce into the second piping bag.
  15. Spread the remaining chocolate ganache onto the top of the brownies.
  16. Sprinkle the chopped pecans, mini chocolate chips, and caramel bites all over the top of the brownies.
  17. Cut the tips off the two piping bags and drizzle both over the brownies.
  18. Cut into bars and enjoy!
