Ingredients
CLASSIC GOCHUJANG BIBIMBAP SAUCE
- 1/2 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 cup sesame oil toasted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds toasted
- 4 tsp vinegar , apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar
- 4 tsp garlic minced
FUNKY DOENJANG BIBIMBAP SAUCE
- 1/2 cup doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sesame oil toasted
- 1.5 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds toasted
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
KID FRIENDLY SOY SAUCE BIBIMBAP SAUCE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp sesame seeds toasted
- 2 tsp sesame oil toasted
- 1 tsp garlic minced
Instructions
- Choose your choice of sauce. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
