Ingredients
- 8 ounces milk
- 1/3 cup strong brewed tea chilled
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon chai spice mix
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Pour the milk into the Thermos brand shaker bottle.
- Add the tea to the milk.
- Add the vanilla and spices.
- Add the protein powder and chia seeds (if desired).
- Place the mixer in the shaker bottle and screw on the cap.
- Shake for 30 seconds or until the drink is smooth.
- Add ice if desired.
